Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience during my stay at Bab Hotel. While the location was great and the staff was friendly, I encountered several issues that affected my overall satisfaction. The cleanliness in some areas left much to be desired, especially regarding the bathrooms and maintenance of common facilities. Unfortunately, the vibe of the hotel felt a bit off due to staff issues.
My stay at Bab Hotel was quite a mixed bag. The spa experience was amazing, with the hammam and massages being the highlight, thanks to the wonderful staff. However, the hotel itself felt a bit run down; the noise from the nearby street kept me up at night, and the breakfast options were quite limited. Overall, while I enjoyed the pampering, the hotel's condition and some services left a bit to be desired.
My stay at the Bab Hotel was a mixed experience. The attentive staff truly stood out, particularly Kawtar and Abdu, who made every effort to ensure I was comfortable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of maintenance in the rooms and the noise from the busy street below. While the hotel has potential, it is showing signs of wear despite its recent renovation.
My stay at Bab Hotel had its highlights. The spa experience was truly really good, but the dining and some facilities left much to be desired. I particularly enjoyed the hammam, which provided a much-needed escape from the bustling city. However, the noise from the street was a bit disruptive at night, and the limited menu for meals was a letdown.
My stay at Bab Hotel was overall good, particularly thanks to the friendly staff and the cozy ambiance. I loved the modern comforts, though there were signs of wear in some areas that detracted from the overall experience. The location in Gueliz was convenient for shopping and dining, making it easy to explore the new town.
